A warm welcome to the Discerning Leadership Program. We are very happy to be able to learn and discover with you new and better ways of leading as Superior Generals and General Councilors.
In order to make the formation experience the most fruitful possible, our formation days will consist of:
- 2 sessions of 90 minutes each (separated by a 30 minute break)
- Pre-Work: Reflection questions, Articles, Surveys (between 30 minutes and 1 hour of work per session)
- Post-Work: Individual and (Council) Team Reflection (about 1 or 1:30h of work of Post-Work every day)
We invite you to book this time during our formation days, before and after, in order to take the best from the formation.
Please, read carefully the Pre-Work and Post-Work required of each of the sessions.
